Space Town Tours & Travel is looking for Experienced and Talented Travel Consultants (Girls Only)in ZAHLE Lebanon Number of available vacancies: 11 Job Description and Description: - Book flight tickets, hotel reservations and other travel services - Determine the clients’ specifications and wishes and propose suitable travel packages or services - Arrange travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and accommodation, secure rental transportation etc - Identify customers’ needs and preferences for example schedules and costs - Communicate with sales and marketing to create attractive offers - Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations. Skills- - Excellent sales skills and customer-oriented approach - At least 2 years of experience in reservation role in IATA travel agency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good negotiation and networking skills. - Excellent communication skills in English - Experience working with Amadeus /Sabre/Galileo GDS - An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
