IT Technical Support is needed urgently for FMCG company Main Duties • Installation and support for Software and hardware in both of the main office and the branch offices • Act as first line of support for providing technical assistance and support for employees • Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and internet access). • Proposing solutions to increase efficiency in relation to technical support operations. • Data backup and security policies implementation. • Ensure smooth operations by minimizing time.
